What this website collects
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts are served from our own site. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
What we receive when you write to us
When you email us, we receive your name, your email address, the content of your message and anything you choose to share about your company. We use this only to reply, to arrange an express check-up and to prepare for it.
The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Who processes the data with us
Our email is hosted by Zoho Mail in its European data centre. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract with you requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@onpoint.rsvp. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France or the FDPIC in Switzerland.
